Media Corp Without Finance Director

‘Multitasking’ director leaves for reasons undisclosed

Media Corp, the parent company of the disgraced Purple Lounge Group, has announced the departure of group finance director Nilesh Jagatia saying that he has left to “pursue other interests”.

Jagatia joined the group in June 2007, and was doing several other jobs such as Board director, an audit committee member, and a company secretary.

The board in Media Corp said it was in the process of finalizing the appointment of further directors and senior staff in order to strengthen the company’s management.
