Is there any place online I could access open tech school slots?

for FY2010? I have access to the training advisory, but a friend is considering joining and wants to know his chances of certain jobs and such.
Is there a website where I can access a list of the quotas filled so far for each AFSC in FY2010?

    Nope, only your local recruiter has access to the database
